Heffner & Weber Companies Role
As a partner in the company’s development projects and President of its
Design-Build affiliate, Mr. Weber has been responsible for master planning,
long range development, design, entitlement and construction of the
company’s properties.
Career Highlights
Mr. Weber was recruited in 1977 to join Mr. Heffner in assuming day-to-day
operations of his successful Baltimore based Design-Build Development
company. Quickly rising to the position of Vice-President of Design and
Construction, Mr. Weber fulfilled this role and assumed control of the
management and supervision of the company’s in-house design and
construction team which includes all facets of site and master planning,
architectural and systems design and project construction. Prior to assuming
the Presidency of the company in 1994, Mr. Weber personally designed, built
and/or renovated over 3.5 million square feet of office, hi-tech and laboratory
space for clients such as Northrop Grumman, Lockheed, Kodak and the
National Security Agency at the company’s BWI Airport office parks.
He has been a driving force in both facilitating and sustaining the company’s
growth and shaping the company’s marketing strategy.

Mr. Weber has been an active member of numerous organizations including:

• Baltimore Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)
• National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP)
Education
Mr. Weber is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute with Bachelor’s degrees in Architecture and Building Science and a
Minor degree in Business Administration.
