• Incorporate results of pre-construction efforts in subcontractor bid packages
• Maintain an extensive up to date database of pre-qualified subcontractors and vendors
• Prepare detailed trade scope analyses to accompany bid solicitations
• Establish in-house derived quantities for all major project components during bid phase
• Perform extensive value engineering analysis for owner consideration
• Review competitive bids with owner & establish final price, contingency, schedule of values and critical path schedule incorporating owner vendors and FF&E
• Establish a comprehensive owner/contractor communications, meetings and reporting matrix including electronic photo documentation & project web site if required/included in pricing
• Finalize H&W quality control system integration with owner's representative to ensure frequent monitoring for project quality and safety
• Reiterate & reinforce rigid contractor/subcontractor communications, meetings, reporting, schedule, safety, quality and project cleanup requirements
• Methodically and expeditiously construct the project in full accordance with the Heffner & Weber approach with the goal of exceeding the owner's expectations
