As the executive in charge, Mr. Harman’s job is to exceed the client’s expectation and making them a customer for life. This becomes a reality only when projects are completed on time, within budget, and beyond expectations of the customer. All aspects of the companies operations and management functions for the design and construction portion of company’s business are handled with one simple goal, to delight the customer. Duties associated with achieving this include implementation of the Company Policy & Procedures to assure desired outcome related to all design, pre-construction and construction activities. This includes the enforcement of the company’s rigorous quality control program. Mr. Harman’s comprehensive understanding of technical issues and his detailed working knowledge of construction practices, sequences and standards in conjunction with his strong team building approach allow him to successfully achieve the company goals in this regard.

In addition, he is responsible for assuring execution of all contractual obligations both Owner and Subcontractor including allocation of resources, as appropriate, in order to fulfill the established obligations. He has been instrumental in the development and documentation of company policies & procedures that document the desired goals of ownership, as well as updating the procedures to maintain market advantage based on the latest technology and market conditions.
