design and construction division.
Career Highlights
Current planning projects include a 200 acre tract adjacent to Baltimore-
Washington Airport, being investigated for mixed-use. This project will be
extremely unique to the area and looks to integrate first class office, hotels
and residential units. Mr. Huber is in the early stages of another mixed use
project located in Harford County, MD Easy access and visibility from I-95
gives the 300 acre site a strong commercial presence, while the more
secluded, forested areas are being investigated for an active adult
community.

Marketplace, completed in 2002. He worked with HRW Development, an
affiliate of Heffner & Weber, to coordinate between city and county officials,

Kohl’s and BJ’s Wholesale Club.
Mr. Huber recently managed the design-build tenant fit-ups for the
Transportation Security Administration and HydroAluminum North America
in an office building owned and managed by Heffner & Weber
.
He ran the design and construction of a Class A office building for Canada
Dry, which required services ranging from conceptual design through project
completion. Mars Supermarkets has been a repeat client, employing Mr.
